EMHI does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their availability, security, or data handling.
5. User Responsibility

6. Professional Interaction
- routing users based on urgency and availability
- prioritizing time-sensitive requests
- managing response flow and assignment
7. Service Availability
- continuous availability
- immediate response
- access to a specific professional
8. Limitation of Liability

- delays, interruptions, or communication failure
- use of third-party platforms

9. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes. EMHI may restrict or terminate access at its discretion.

EMHI may modify or discontinue the platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
